Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with great accommodations and genuinely helpful staff. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious food offered in the restaurant. However, there were some dining issues, notably with limited options and service during peak times. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, I would definitely recommend this place for its comfort and value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay pleasant overall. However, the dining options were quite limited, especially when it came to vegetarian food, which was disappointing. The room had some noise issues from plumbing, but we did manage to get a good night's sleep. While I appreciated the effort put into service during busy periods, it could definitely use improvement.
I had a rather disappointing experience at this pub. The food quality was subpar, leading to an unfortunate incident with my daughter. Moreover, the service was incredibly slow, and I had hopes for a new and improved atmosphere following renovations, but it fell short. While I appreciated the staff's effort, the overall experience left us feeling frustrated.
The Childwall Abbey pub has sentimental value for my family, and while the atmosphere is warm and inviting, we faced significant delays in service during our last visit. The food was decent but not up to par, especially given the long wait times. I appreciated the nice setting and the value for money on the drinks, but the service left much to be desired.
